As an Hourly Carpenter, you will work on a variety of construction and renovation projects. You will be responsible for performing carpentry tasks with precision and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of carpentry techniques, the ability to work independently, and a keen eye for detail. You will be part of a supportive team that values quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry tasks including framing, trimming, siding and some site work.
• Read and interpret house plans and drawings.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Take direction and adapt to changing priorities on the job site.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Proficiency in carpentry techniques.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Spanish speaking preferred but not required.
